All rubber, plastic and outsourcing components are controlled by Best-Maker according to TS16949 quality management requirements. Quality is built into incoming inspection, in-process control and outgoing release — not only final checking.
Incoming materials and outsourced parts are approved before use. In production, visual and dimensional checks are performed according to control plans. Outgoing lots are released against agreed AQL and customer specifications.
For automotive and other regulated programs, we can support PPAP packages, material test reports, control plans, process flow charts and related submission documents as required by the project.
Dedicated QC, QA, IQC and system auditors work together to maintain stable quality for serial production and continuous improvement actions when issues are found.
